Shipping and return policies

Shipping Info 


Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. When all items in your cart are available to be shipped, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of us receiving cleared payment for your order.

The cost of shipping includes packaging and transaction fees. Please note that for any pre-order items your order will not be shipped until the stock is made available to us. If you've checked out with a combination of pre-order and available items, the items will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.

For deliveries outside of the UK, Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date. Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages. 

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue. If you experience any issues relating to lost or delayed mail items, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate further.

If as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to us we can offer to: 

1. Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge. 
2. Offer to refund the cost of the items orders less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees. Please note that the following options do not apply if the items experience damage whilst in transit. For this reason, we strongly advise checking your delivery address after placing your order. If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to us correctly you must contact us immediately. 

Return Policy

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.
Please contact us to receive the correct address details for a return.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you receive a package with some wear that indicates any damage to the items, please:

1.Take photos of the package BEFORE opening it (make sure to show the shipping labels so we can use it as proof to open a claim with the shipping service).
2. Take photos of the damaged items.
3. Send us the photos and a brief explanation and we will investigate it.
